Data Security Statement

Your information is kept in a secure, encrypted cloud database, separate from any single person's computer or device. Online card payments go through Paystack, a licensed payment processor; card details are never stored in our system.

How we protect it

• No self-registration. Accounts are created only by administrator invitation.

• Two-step sign-in. Password plus a one-time email code.

• Restricted write access. Financial records can only be changed through controlled processes, not direct access.

• Checks on financial actions. No administrator can confirm or edit their own payment. Corrections need a second administrator's sign-off, and other administrators are notified automatically.

• Permanent audit trail. Every correction or manually entered payment is logged with who, when, and why, and cannot be edited or deleted.

• Strong passwords. Minimum 10 characters, checked against known compromised-password lists.

• One-time links. Activation and reset links expire and cannot be reused indefinitely.

• Limited administrator access, restricted to an approved list of people.

• Sensitive details stay behind login. Information such as bank account numbers is never shown on public pages.
